As the Cyber Accreditation Lead supporting the Ground Infrastructure Team on the NextGen Geo OPIR Program, you will:
• Oversee the team’s technical administration of information systems in accordance with internal LM and customer security requirements, primarily Risk Management Framework (RMF).
• Ensure necessary records and configuration management documentation is maintained (workstations, software, servers, routers, firewalls, network switches, etc.) in support of security relevant requirements.
• Support daily team meetings, customer briefings, and metrics reporting.
• Coordinate and lead the execution of team efforts in support of cyber accreditations across a multitude of environments and systems to ensure program success of key milestones.
• Work under very general supervision in support of larger team goals.
• Support Ad hoc tasking and stretch assignments as outlined by team and program leadership.
• Relentlessly pursue continuous improvement.
• Be able to interpret complex system requirements and infrastructure design.
• You will be comfortable in an ever-changing dynamic environment and work well in an agile, cross-functional team.
• Support and participate in working groups and technical exchange meetings.
You will be organized and flexible with strong interpersonal skills, initiative, capacity to manage multiple tasks while thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
This is an MID-SENIOR CAREER (level 4) ROLE where candidates require 9+ years of professional experience and a BS degree or above.
TS/SCI Security Clearance required prior to start.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $100,400 – $192,500 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
