Job Description:

Within the Quality Area of the Rome Tiburtina headquarters, we are looking for a resource to be included in the Safety Performances Monitoring and Assessment role.
The resource will carry out the activities necessary to ensure compliance of the operational activities of Aviation Services with the requirements expressed by the Telespazio Aeronautical Safety Management System, by Regulations (EU) 373/2017 (aircraft) and 947/2019 (drones) and by the applicable EASA circulars.
The resource will be in charge of the following activities:
Analyze regulatory requirements by assessing the compliance of the Aviation Safety Management System
Carry out Aviation Safety audits
Monitor the evolution of regulatory legislation, with particular reference to EASA circulars and changes to the applicable Acceptable Means of Compliance.
Manage non-conformities, corrective and improvement actions relating to the Aviation Safety Management System
Identify, implement and analyze KPIs to monitor processes that impact Aviation Safety
Support the LoBs in activities related to the provision of Aviation Services (requirements analysis, preparation of operational documents, control of aeronautical risk assessments control, assessment of flight theatre conditions, etc.) and during external audits with the relevant follow-ups
Interface with ENAC certification and inspection teams for relevant activities.
Qualifications:
Degree in Engineering, or Technical Diploma with at least 5 years’ experience in operational/engineering activities.
