Reporting Specialist expert in Controlling & data Consolidation full_time

We are currently looking for a Reporting Specialist expert in Controlling & data Consolidation as well, for the Business Line OEN in Rome. He/she will support the Business Line Controller to consolidate financial figures and manage the reporting process, in line with calendar and using tools needed in BL OEN controlling perimeter. In this role, he/she produce reports for high senior management.

 Main Responsibilities:

• Consolidate and analyze input data from different systems and business domain areas
• Produce monthly consolidated reports for :
  • Closing P&L with analysis of deviations vs Budget and or Outlook
  • Business Operative Review (BOR) included Risk and Opportunities
• Forecasts data package:
  • Multi Year Budget (MYB), Monthly Budget (MB) , Outlook of the year
  • Strategic Business Plan ( SBP)
• ETC : estimate to complete consolidation results from domain to BL
• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of the reports as well as on-time delivery

Technical skills and experience:

• Education: Bachelor´s Degree in Economics
• Experience: More than 5 years of proven experience in Reporting & Controlling and data Consolidation in Company with multi-year projects
• Strong Specific Knowledge :
  • consolidation rules by program, by domain and at Business Line level
  • proven ability to analyze complex financial information and deliver pro-active service and synthesis
  • to have a vision and ability to link facts and evaluate financial impacts

• Excellent teammate who is effective at building positive working relationships but who is also able to manage work independently
• Results-oriented, Highly organized, able to meet challenging deadlines.
• High ethical standards are a must have

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular very good ability requested with excel and PowerPoint
• Financial Systems (i.e. SAP) and IFRS knowledge
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
