STScI’s Business Support Branch seeks a Senior level Administrative Assistant (#0010598) to provide high-level customer service to the Science Mission Office. You will provide administrative support including travel coordination, procurement, data management, problem resolution, electronic circulation/filing of documentation, coordination of calendars and meeting requests.
This is a great opportunity for an organized individual with previous administrative experience to join STScI, recognized by Baltimore Magazine as one of the “Hall of Fame – Best Places to Work”.
This position supports a hybrid work environment. You will be required to provide onsite support at our Baltimore campus on an as-needed basis. Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to our local market (MD, DE, VA, PA, DC & WV).

Compensation is commensurate with education and experience. The salary range for this role is $45-60,000 annually.
