ALL.SPACE is seeking Intern Engineers to join its FPGA firmware team. The team is responsible for the development for the firmware of the central controllers used in its phased-array systems. The successful candidates will have a strong knowledge of digital electronics, digital logic, or firmware but also a healthy interest in analogue electronics, RF, and software.
At ALL.SPACE we are fortunate to produce stand-alone products. This means that we cover the entire electronics spectrum. We design and produce the electronics hardware (power, analogue, digital, and RF), as well as the firmware and software that runs on our hardware. You will work within a small team of engineers who are experts in their field, learning about the subsystem that they are responsible for. You will be supervised in the design, implementation, and testing of enhancements and new features for the FPGA firmware on our antenna terminal. This may also involve hardware testing, EDA tool scripting and/or use of Matlab to analyse test data or simulate DSP algorithms. One thing is for sure: you will be contributing to unique and novel antenna terminals within an enthusiastic and supportive team.
Requirements
Education
- Studying towards MEng in Electronic, Communications, Information, or related engineering discipline
