As part of the high growth of our industrial startup specialized in end-to-end space mobility, you oversee the Product Assurance activity & team across all product lines, ensuring the quality and compliance of the company’s products and services throughout their lifecycle – from design to delivery.
Product and service quality assurance
Ensure quality integration during product development,
Validate suppliers, materials, and production processes,
Approve pilot production runs and ensuring ongoing compliance,
Support production teams to maintain quality standards.
Quality control
Oversee inspections at all production stages,
Manage non-conformances and root cause analyses,
Review documentation and decide on quality deviations with technical leads.
Customer claims and corrective actions
Address customer claims with root cause analysis,
Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence,
Coordinate with production to resolve quality issues.
Process improvement
Lead continuous improvement projects,
Address recurring non-conformances and promote a quality culture,
Enhance communication and knowledge sharing.
Activity Structuring and Oversight
Define KPIs and monitoring performance,
Report updates and risks to management,
Collaborate with the Head of QMS (Quality Management System) to ensure comprehensive quality coverage.
Master’s degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or quality management.
10+ years in technical/quality roles, including 5+ years in product assurance.
Experience in the space industry is highly recommended.
Strong management expertise.
Fluency in English
Proficiency in quality assurance methods, audits, and certifications.
Understanding space-specific requirements (e.g., ECSS, …).
Root cause analysis tools.
Continuous improvement methods.
Advanced measurement and inspection tools.
Leadership and communication skills.
Problem-solving mindset and balanced decision-making.
Attention to detail and adaptability.
Collaborative and quality-driven approach.
