Export Control Laws

<職務内容/役割・責任＞ 

構造チームのリードとして、チームメンバーとともに人工衛星の構造系設計開発業務を遂行、統括する

• 構造アーキテクチャとレイアウトの初期検討を行う
• 初期サイジング解析(有限要素モデリングを含む構造解析)を行う
• コスト・質量・その他システム要件や、製造・組立・運用性を考慮した構造設計を行い、他のチームと協力してシステム最適となるソリューションを実現する
• 宇宙機の構体が、搭載機器器、サブシステム、およびペイロードをそれぞれの認定環境条件内に確実に包含するように、詳細なFEM解析および設計を実施する
• 機械的な試験、測定、およびアライメント計画の作成を含む、アストロスケール宇宙機の要求事項への適合を実証する構造開発および検証計画および手順を作成する
• 必要に応じて、打ち上げサービス事業者と協働し、打ち上げ機からの要求条件、および環境条件への適合性を示す
• 宇宙機の総合組立図の作成、宇宙機の質量特性の管理等、システムの機械インテグレーション及び環境試験を支援する
• グループダイレクター、プロジェクトマネージャーへ適時進捗を報告する

<必須条件>

• 機械的環境(準静的荷重、振動、音響、衝撃など)に対する理解、及び構造設計に関する実績経験
• 当該分野における5年以上の経験(宇宙機業界での経験は問わない)
• 構造系の開発サイクル（設計・解析・検証）の一回以上の経験
• 合金や複合材料を含むさまざまな構造材料によるソリューションに取り組み、設計した経験
• プロジェクトチームで緊密かつ協力的に作業し、ミッションおよびプロジェクト全体の要求および目的を達成する製品を作り上げた経験
• CADモデリングツールを使用して3Dデザインとレイアウトを生成できること
• 協力的にチームでの共同作業を行えること
• 決められたプロジェクト予算とスケジュールの範囲内で、自分の作業と作業パッケージを提供する責任を管理する能力を持つこと
• 英語能力TOEIC 750以上
• 工学系専攻大卒以上

<望ましい条件>

• 構造設計に関連する分野及び/又は分野における８年間以上の経験
• 有限要素解析ツールを用い設計解析が行えること
  

＜Key acyivities / role and responsibilities>
As a lead of the Structural Team, perform and oversee the structural system design and development work for the satellite with the team

• Perform initial structural architecture and layout studies
• Perform initial sizing analysis (structural analysis including finite element modeling)
• Conduct structural design considering cost, mass, and other system requirements, as well as manufacturing, assembly, and operability, and collaborate with other teams to achieve optimal system solutions
• Perform detailed FEM analysis and design to ensure that the spacecraft structure encompasses onboard instrumentation, subsystems, and payloads within their respective certified environmental conditions
• Prepare structural development and verification plans and procedures that demonstrate conformance to astroscale spacecraft requirements, including mechanical testing, measurement, and alignment plan development
• Work with the launch service provider, as required, to demonstrate compliance with requirements from the launch vehicle and environmental conditions
• Support mechanical integration and environmental testing of systems, including preparation of comprehensive spacecraft assembly drawings and management of spacecraft mass properties
• Provide timely progress reports to the Group Director, and Project Manager
  

<Mandatory>

• Understanding of the mechanical environment (quasi-static loads, vibration, acoustics, shock, etc.) and proven experience in structural design
•  At least 5 years of experience in the field (any experience in the spacecraft industry)
•  At least one development cycle (design, analysis, and verification) of structural systems
•  Experience working on and designing solutions with a variety of structural materials, including alloys and composites
•  Experience working closely and collaboratively in a project team to create a product that achieves the mission and overall project requirements and objectives
•  Ability to use CAD modeling tools to generate 3D designs and layouts
•  Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to manage own work and responsibility for delivering work packages within established project budgets and schedules
• English proficiency TOEIC 750 or higher
• College degree or higher with a major in engineering

<Desirable>

• 8+ years of experience in a structural design related field or discipline
• Ability to perform design analysis using finite element analysis tools
