＜職務内容／役割・責任＞  Production GrはProduction Engineering / Production Control / Manufacturing Engineeringの3つのTeamを有する。 Production Control engineerは、衛星および搭載コンポーネント製造の生産管理を行う。（製造管理、部品管理、検査等の支援とリソース管理） Production controlメンバーやその他のProductionメンバーと協業して、生産計画に基づき、下記業務の実行またはサポートを行う。 Production Control engineer (生産管理) 長期及び短期の生産計画の策定とリソース配分 プロジェクト計画を実現するため、関係各所と調整し、生産計画を策定 効率的な生産を実現するため、適切なリソース(人・物)配分を提案 生産管理とリソース管理 部品表、図面等の原単位情報を管理 製造の日程計画を作成、進捗を管理 製造に必要な部品を管理、手配依頼、進捗を管理 生産技術や製造と協力して、治具手配、コンポーネント環境試験をサポート 社内外関係各所と連携し日程遅延影響を早期に察知、先手で対策し遅延防止 遅延発生時は、迅速に社内外の関係各所と調整し、更なる遅延防止 協力企業を含む人的リソースや設備、材料などのリソースを管理、プロジェクトの生産に必要な条件を整備…
