Export Control Laws
Unless explicitly notified otherwise, our vacancies are covered by Export Control Laws which require candidates to be from an “Export Safe” Country as deemed by the Japanese Government. <職務内容/役割・責任＞
- ソフトウェア品質保証（SWQA）の専門家として、各プロジェクトのソフトウェア開発に参加し、プロセスの標準化、ルールやツールを構築し、日常業務の実践を確実にすることで、品質の向上とミッションの成功に貢献する。
- ソフトウェア開発プロセスの標準化を主導し推進する。 標準化を達成するためのルール、体系、およびツールの構築・整備を実施する。
- SWQAとしてソフトウェア開発に参加し、標準化されたプロセス、ルール、体系、およびツールが現場で実践されるように指導する。
- ソフトウェア機能要件の定義、ソフトウェアアーキテクチャの設計、ソフトウェアとハードウェア間のインターフェイス定義、および検証計画の立案と実施において、SWQAとしてエンジニアにアドバイス及びサポートを行う。なお、検証はソフトウェア単体にとどまらず、組込み後も含む。
- フライトソフトウェアの検証に参加して、不適合の修正プロセスを確認する。
- 問題を解決するためにSWQAの連絡窓口として顧客及びベンダーと調整する。
- Astroscaleチームの知識伝承をグローバルにサポートし、Astroscale組織の横断的なプロジェクトに対して技術レビューの機会を提供する。
- 航空宇宙グローバル品質システム要求事項であるAS/EN/JIS Q 9100規格の品質マネジメントシステム（QMS）に基づく品質保証プログラム活動の計画、実行、チェック、評価の遂行。（PDCAサイクル）
- その他、上長より指示を受けた業務について、遂行する。
＜必須スキル＞
- 少なくとも5年以上ソフトウェア開発、検証における品質保証及び、製品保証の経験
- ソフトウェア開発及び、テストの手法や方法論における体系的な知識、経験
- ソフトウェア開発及び、テストにおける、プロセス改善知識や経験
- 高品質・信頼性システム製品の品質保証全般に関わる業務の遂行とテクニカル能力
- 品質保証マネジメントシステム（QMS）の知識、品質工学ならびに信頼性工学全般に関する知識と実践経験
- 顧客満足（CS）を志向した顧客対応能力
- 組織的かつ予算計画や日程計画を遵守するためのマネジメント能力
- 業務遂行の中で発生する計画変更や日程変更に対する柔軟な対応力
- ビジネス英語による読み書きならびに英会話力（TOEICレベル700点以上）
＜望ましいスキル＞
- 航空宇宙または自動車業界等で少なくとも5年以上ソフトウェア開発、検証における品質保証及び、製品保証の経験
- ソフトウェア開発における、関係する供給会社との調整及び、製品の品質管理
- アジャイル開発やスクラムベースの開発プロセスにおける品質管理
- 航空宇宙業界での海外プロジェクトへの参画経験
- 上級ビジネス英語による技術英会話及び、技術折衝等のコミュニケーション力
- 開発、試験及び運用段階で発生する不具合、異常・故障に対する不具合処理（事象確認、原因調査、是正処置のステータスのフォローアップ）、レビュー、報告、記録管理の運用
- 品質保証活動を通じて収集した品質記録文書、データのチェック＆レビュー、補完管理
- 全社的な品質改善活動（KAIZEN活動）の推進

＜key activities / role and responsibilities＞
- As a Software Quality Assurance (SWQA) expert, participate in the software development of each project, standardize processes, build rules and tools, and ensure daily work practices that contribute to quality and mission success.
- Lead and promote the standardization of software development processes. Build and maintain rules, systems, and tools to accomplish standardization.
- Participate in software development as SWQA and guide the implementation of standardized processes, rules, systems, and tools in the field.
- Advise and support engineers as SWQA in defining software functional requirements, designing software architecture, defining interfaces between software and hardware, and developing and implementing verification plans. Note that verification is not limited to the software itself, but also includes post-embedding.
- Participate in the verification of flight software and review the process of correcting non-conformances.
- Act as a liaison to SWQA and coordinate with customers and vendors to resolve issues.
- Support the ASTROSCALE team’s knowledge transfer globally and provide technical review opportunities for projects across the ASTROSCALE organization.
- Execute the planning, execution, checking, and evaluation of quality assurance program activities based on the Quality Management System (QMS) of the AS/EN/JIS Q 9100 standard, the Aerospace Global Quality System Requirements. (PDCA cycle)
- Perform other duties as directed by the superior.
＜Moadatory＞
- At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance and product assurance in software development and validation
- Systematic knowledge and experience in software development and testing methods and methodologies
- Knowledge and experience in process improvement in software development and testing
- General quality assurance and technical competence in quality assurance of high-quality and reliable system products
- Knowledge of quality assurance management systems (QMS), knowledge and practical experience in quality engineering and reliability engineering in general
- Ability to deal with customers in a customer satisfaction (CS) oriented manner
- Management skills to ensure organizational adherence to budget and schedule plans
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in plans and schedules as they arise in the course of business operations.
- Ability to read, write, and speak business English (TOEIC level 700 or above)
＜Desirable ＞
- At least 5 years of experience in software development, validation quality assurance, and product assurance in the aerospace or automotive industry.
- Coordination with relevant suppliers and product quality control in software development
- Quality control in agile and scrum-based development processes
- Experience participating in overseas projects in the aerospace industry
- Technical English and technical negotiation and communication skills in advanced business English
- Defect handling (event confirmation, investigation of causes, follow-up of corrective action status), review, reporting, and record management for defects, anomalies, and failures that occur during the development, testing, and operation phases
- Checking & reviewing quality record documents and data collected through quality assurance activities, and supplemental management
- Promotion of company-wide quality improvement activities (KAIZEN activities)
- Contribute to the company’s business plan by planning and managing the implementation of cost reduction plans related to quality assurance activities in the company’s mid-term business plan.
