Export Control Laws

＜職務内容／役割・責任＞ 

· プロジェクト調達オフィサーは、社内の開発や調達グループなど様々な関連部門と連携し、プロジェクトの計画

立案および進捗管理を行う。

· プロジェクト調達

•  プロジェクトマネージャーやエンジニアと緊密に連携による、プロジェクトの調達戦略の策定と実行
•  部品調達メンバーとの協働によるスムーズな発注活動の進行
•  プロジェクトの予算管理とコスト削減のリード
•  調達リスクの特定と軽減策の実施
•  ITツールを活用した調達プロセスの最適化と効率化
•  ASJPの新メンバーに調達について教育をする

· その他、上長より指示を受けた業務について、遂行する

<必須スキル>

• 同様のエンジニアリング組織における調達経験あるいはプロジェクトマネジメント業務経験
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力と交渉能力
• 異なる文化的背景を持つ人材と仕事をした経験
• 発展途上の組織で様々なチャレンジを楽しむマインドセット
• 海外Entityとの業務連携においても問題のないレベルの英語力を有する
• 日本語ネイティブ、または日本語能力試験N1相当レベル

<望ましいスキル>

• エンジニアリング、経営管理、調達など関連分野の学士号または修士号取得者
• デブリ除去、EOL(End-of-Life)、軌道上サービスに関する知識
• 宇宙機システム、宇宙機制御システム、地上局に関する知識
• 品質保証プロセスの経験

＜Key acyivities / role and responsibilities> 

· The Project Procurement Officer collaborates with various internal departments such as development and

procurement groups to plan and manage the progress of projects.

· Procurement　

• 　Formulating and implementing procurement strategies for projects in close collaboration with project managers and engineers.
• 　Ensuring smooth ordering activities in collaboration with the parts procurement team.
• 　Leading budget management and cost reduction for the project.
• 　Identifying procurement risks and implementing mitigation measures.
• 　Optimizing and streamlining procurement processes using IT tools.
• 　Educating new members of Astroscale Japan (ASJP) on procurement matters.
• 　Performing other duties as instructed by superiors.

· Any other duties assigned by the reporting manager

<Mandatory>

• Experience in procurement or project management in a similar engineering organization.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• A mindset to enjoy various challenges in a developing organization.
• Proficient level of English to collaborate with overseas entities.
• Native level of Japanese or equivalent to JLPT N1 level.

<Desirable>

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business administration, procurement, or related fields.
• Knowledge of debris removal, End-of-Life (EOL), and in-orbit services.
• Knowledge of spacecraft systems, spacecraft control systems, and ground stations.
• Experience in quality assurance processes.
