<職務内容/役割・責任＞

• システム安全解析・設計活動
  • システム・チームの一員として、システム設計および運用概念 (CONOPS) を理解し、サブシステム・エンジニアと協力して包括的なシステム安全設計を開発する
  • プロジェクトのシステム安全要件の理解
  • 安全の観点からの支援システムのトレードオフ
  • 故障モードa、影響解析 (FMEA) 、フォールトツリー解析(FTA)などのシステム安全解析を実施する。
  • 複雑なランデブ近接操作 (RPO) ミッションをサポートするために、障害検出分離・復旧(FDIR)設計を開発する
  • 検証要件の策定、試験の実施、報告書の作成など、システム検証活動を支援する
  • 安全工学の中核的な責任と専門知識を活用して、他のミッション&システムの設計と検証活動を支援する。

＜必須スキル＞

• 複雑なシステム安全設計/解析における最低3年間の経験
• システム設計およびAIV (Assembly, Integration and Verification) 活動におけるシステムレベルの知識で、要件定義から検証までのライフサイクルのいくつかの段階における実践的な経験
• 迅速で変化する環境に適応し、働く柔軟性と、そのような作業スケジュールの変化に対応できる柔軟性
• 業界を背景としたチームメンバーへの優れたコミュニケーション能力
• 英語能力TOEIC 700+
• 日本人チームメンバーとのコミュニケーションを図るビジネスレベルの日本語

＜希望スキル＞

• 3年以上の安全設計・解析経験を伴う5年以上にわたる宇宙船システムの作業経験
• アクティブデブリ除去またはRPOに関するミッションの知識: RemoveDebris、CleanSpace / ESA/eOrbit, DEOS, ATV, ETS-7, DARPA Express.

＜Key Activity/Role and Responsibility>

• Systems safety analysis and design activities
  • As part of the systems team, understand the systems design and concept of operations (CONOPS) and work with subsystem engineers to develop comprehensive systems safety design
  • Understand systems safety requirements for the project
  • Support systems trade off from safety perspective
  • Perform systems safety analysis, such as failure modes a, effects analysis (FMEA), and fault tree analysis (FTA)
  • Develop fault detection isolation and recovery (FDIR) design to support complex rendezvous proximity operations (RPO) mission
  • Support systems verification activities, including development of verification requirements, test execution, and report generation
• Support other Mission & Systems design and verification activities, leveraging the core responsibility and expertise in the Safety Engineerin

＜Mondatory>

• Minimum 3 years of experience in complex systems safety design/analysis
• Systems level knowledge in systems design and AIV (Assembly, Integration and Verification) activities, with practical experience in several phases of the lifecycle from requirements definition through to verification
• Flexibility to adapt and work in a fast paced and changing environment, and able to accommodate those changes in the work schedule 
• Excellent communication skills to team members with various industry background
• English language capability TOEIC 700+ 
• Business level Japanese to communicate with Japanese team members

<Desired>

• 5+ years of work experience with 3+ years of spacecraft systems safety design/analysis experience
• Knowledge of missions concerning active debris removal or RPO: RemoveDebris, CleanSpace / ESA projects e.g. e.DeOrbit, DEOS, ATV, ETS-7, DARPA Express.
