What You’ll Do:
As an Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to support revenue growth by managing daily operations and demand generation activities for our Growth team. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales Operations, you will gather information and provide support for incoming customer requests, and will drive demand generation to expand the business portfolio to existing and new customers. You will work with sales, marketing, operations, product and proposals to track the bid process and manage pipeline accountability and ensure the Sales team has the resources they need for an effective sales process.

Position Responsibilities:
Support the Growth team in tracking the bid process and manage pipeline accountability
Pipeline management and accountability
Manage inbound leads and qualify opportunities by gathering information, informing leaders, and identifying next steps in sales process to drive deal advancement
Work with other team members to gather data on customers, proposals, and the status of deal pipelines
Organize and manage sales meetings, ensure critical items are addressed
Review and edit quotes, proposals, and other customer response documents
Document and optimize the sales process
Research, implement, and manage sales tools and technology
Act as primary owner of CRM, audit for data integrity, set up automations and perform ad-hoc reporting
Meet with internal teams, external customers, and/or individuals as part of the account team
Manage inbound leads and qualify opportunities by gathering information, informing leaders, and identifying next steps in sales process to drive deal advancement
Perform other duties as assigned (to be less than 10% of the responsibilities listed above)
Pre-Requisites
Must be eligible to obtain or maintain US Government Security Clearance
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years relevant experience in demand generation, sales or account manager role
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
A high degree of organization, accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Preferred Skills
Experience in a fast-paced, high demand environment
Ability to learn quickly and work with agility
Highly organized and ability to work in matrixed organization
Advanced user of Excel and/or Google Sheets
Strong understanding of the sales process with experience supporting sales proposals

Classification: Full-Time Exempt
Compensation Details: $110,000 – 140,000 USD base + bonus
