Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and driven Business Development Specialist to join our team and help us achieve our ambitious goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive sales of our high-value ($1M – $5M) technological hardware products.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, and cultivate relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and develop sales strategies.

Prior experience in the space industry is not required. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, a growth mindset, and a passion for pushing boundaries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in selling hardware (Products and/or components)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related role
- Proven success in securing high-value contracts (over $1M)
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Work experience in tech startup companies
- Experience in selling advanced technologies within the deep tech industry
- Technical background
- Demonstrated success in lobbying efforts to secure contracts with government agencies (e.g., NASA, DoD)

Salary/Pay
- $100,000 – $130,000/year
- Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
