Maxar is seeking a Configuration Manager/Technical Analyst to support the research & development, test and evaluation, fielding, documentation development, configuration management, software engineering and integration, training, fielding and sustainment, cybersecurity, and program management of United States Marine Corps Signals Intelligence programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage modern configuration, application, and life cycle management tools and processes to maintain version control for hardware, software and documentation.

  • Maintain ownership of the project’s Configuration Management Plan, facilitate Configuration Control Boards, and support the establishment of the Configuration Management Library.

  • Provide support for planning and producing a process for reporting and recording changes to installed baseline equipment.

  • Coordinate the interaction between engineering, integration team, logistics, and program management to ensure appropriate changes are documented.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • US citizenship and an active/current Secret clearance.

  • Bachelors of Science degree.

  • 3+ years of experience in configuration management or logistics.

  • Experience with performing functions, including Life Cycle Management and Planning, Configuration Identification, Configuration Control, Configuration Verification and Audit, or Data Management.

  • Knowledge of the software release process.

  • Knowledge of Configuration Management technology operating systems, including Windows, Sybase, or Oracle based products.

  • Strong working knowledge of Configuration Management Professional (CMPRO).

Preferred:

  • Active/current TS/SCI clearance.

  • 5+ years of experience as a configuration manager supporting IT programs.

To accommodate all locations, we have listed the bottom to the top of the possible range, and will share the target range for a specific location during the recruiting discussion. Individual pay will be competitive based on a candidates unique set of knowledge, skills, and geographic diversity, with earnings potential commensurate with experience. The range for this position is:

$64,000.00 – $135,000.00 annually.
