Northrop Grumman is seeking a Contracts Administrator 3/4 to join the qualified and diverse individuals of the Tactical Space Systems Division (TSSD) supporting commercial contracts for satellites, satellite servicing and related space products and services. This position is located in Dulles, Virginia.
The successful candidate will work closely with business development, program managers, finance, legal counsel, supply chain, export control and other groups. Experienced contracts professionals will aid the successful candidate in contracts knowledge development and provide counsel and training related to commercial contracts and U.S. Government contracts. Working as a team, we cover a wide range of contractual activities and strive to address contracts challenges. Salary Range: $88,700.00 – $133,100.00Salary Range 2: $109,900.00 – $164,900.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate’s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
