About The Position
Intuitive Machines is seeking a Contracts Administrator to play a critical role in supporting our company’s growth and operations. The Contracts Administrator role provides subject matter expertise on contractual matters to all functional areas of the business and includes contracts administration for existing contracts and support to business development in pursuing new business opportunities. Candidates should possess the ability to proactively act as the lead for the contracting process through all stages of the contracting lifecycle (RFP review, proposal development, contract negotiation, contract administration, contract closeout). Your responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts, including those related to U.S. Government programs (NASA, DoD, other agencies), commercial payload/rideshare projects, and other commercial agreements. The Contracts Administrator is an individual contributor role and must be able to operate with a level of independence and minimal supervision and direction at times while managing a dynamic, fast-paced, work environment.
