The Real-time Transfer Service (RTS) program is developing and operating the next phase of OPIR Data Distribution system capabilities and services. RTS is a data distribution hub for OPIR ground architecture datatypes and interfaces; the RTS system and its capabilities are expanding as are the expectations to provide continued data distribution performance for the OPIR enterprise.
The RTS program is seeking a Site Integrator for the RTS Operations team. The Site Integrator is the primary technical support engineer for RTS Data Distribution capabilities across multiple sites and technical domains. This position will join a highly capable, high performing team of Site Integrators. The technical domains include RTS software, System Administration, hardware, and network engineering. The Site Integrator will become immersed in and provide support to a variety of system capabilities in addition to the core technical domains. The Site Integrator position is demanding and rewarding; it provides direct support to mission objectives.
In this key program role, the Site Integrator:
• Is responsible for the day-to-day oversight, support, and execution of operations activities for the operational locations.
• Works closely with Site customers and is the primary customer interface at the Colorado sites to ensure RTS operations is meeting or exceeding contract requirements as well as addressing any customer issues or concerns as they arise.
• Will work diligently to anticipate potential contingencies and develop action plans alongside Site leadership and customers to address potential problems well ahead of time.
As a member of a high-performing team you must be passionate about your trade, focused on mission system quality, and supportive of timely delivery of support and capabilities to OPIR customers. This position involves developing cross-functional expertise for the RTS system and providing expert level support to the system and external customers.
This is an MID-SENIOR CAREER (level 4) ROLE where candidates require 9+ years of professional experience and a BS degree or above.
This position is in Aurora, Colorado and requires a TS/SCI security clearance to start, with the willingness and ability to obtain a TS/SCI with polygraph.

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience with supporting and developing in-depth knowledge of complex OPIR ground systems
• Linux OS background/Experience
• Willingness to develop new skills across multiple domains such as Software, Network, Sys Admin
• Experience in systems integration and/or regression testing
• Active TS/SCI required prior to start and ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret / SCI clearance with polygraph

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9×80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $100,400 – $192,500 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
