The IT Support Services Branch (ITSS) in the Information Technology Services Division (ITSD) at STScI seeks an IT Technologist, II for the Desktop Services team to provide world class customer service and technical support to STScI staff and partners. (#12477)
Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to our local market. (MD, DE, VA, PA, DC & WV). U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status is needed to meet ITAR requirements.
This role requires on site presence at our Baltimore location 5 days per week.

The salary range for this role is $56.5-58k annually. The posted salary range represents a general guideline; however, STScI considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as internal pay equity, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s experience, education, and skill, and current market conditions.
