We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Environmental Testing Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of environmental testing, ensuring that our products meet rigorous standards and specifications. This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise in EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) and RF (Radio Frequency), and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
Management Duties:
- Preparation and follow-up of daily planning and workload.
- People management and team leadership.
Technical Tasks:
- Follow-up and resolution of environmental testing issues.
- Review and/or prepare technical documentation: test procedures, results reports, and test documentation for subcontracted equipment.
- Participate in meetings with clients, providing expert answers and solutions.
Supporting Other Departments:
- Engineering: Provide advice on environmental testing issues.
- Planning: Coordinate with project managers and multi-project industrial planning.
- Offers: Prepare industrial budgets, compliance matrices, and support proposal preparation.
- Marketing: Develop technical proposals for external clients.
- Quality: Support and participate in external audits.
- HSE: Participate in internal audits to ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance.
Key Competences:
- Strong technical expertise in EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) and RF (Radio Frequency).
- Advanced thermo-mechanical knowledge.
Hard Skills (Education):
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Aerospace, Physics, or related fields.
Soft Skills:
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to delegate effectively.
- Ability to assess and differentiate team talent.
- Strong communication skills and empathy.
Languages:
- Full proficiency in English is required; additional languages are valued.
