Our Opportunity:
In the direction of the Information Systems, you will be integrated into an international team in charge of THALES ALENIA SPACE’S ERP (SAP).
We are starting an ambitious project of migration of our ERP in Spain (MS Dynamics Axapta) towards global SAP.
Your role in this team will mainly concern the MANUFACTURING DOMAIN (MM/PP/WM/QM) and you will be in Spain the Thales Alenia Space SAP country referent which will be in charge to manage Spain migration project and ensure after proper SAP service delivery in the country.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- You will be the referent of the existing ERP system MS Dynamics Axapta. As such:
- You will ensure a proper service delivery by external subcontractor providing support for Axapta, as well as implementing mandatory and high ROI evolutions.
- You will ensure in close collaboration with business that evolutions proposed are in line with SAP migration strategy.
- You will participate in the entire general and detailed design phase where you will be responsible for the proper implementation of our Core Model SAP in Spain.
- You will coordinate the migration of data from existing systems to SAP.
Key responsibilities after SAP migration project:
- You will collect, analyze, challenge and implement the needs of internal customers in order to consolidate the Core Model SAP solution and the interfaces with other applications.
- You will manage projects in the field, from design to deployment, in compliance with the SAP standard, in a transnational context and in integration with other areas (manufacturing, quality, logistics, production)
- You will be responsible for support activities, maintenance, training of the solution to users.
Throughout your mission, you will work closely with the different business teams and the network of key users who are in the different countries where Thales Alenia Space is established (mainly France, Italy, Spain, Belgium and UK).
The position will be based in Madrid, so punctual travelling to our different entities is expected during SAP project migration and once SAP is fully deployed in Spain.
Education & Qualifications:
- Good interpersonal skills, assertiveness, listening and communication skills
- English practice mandatory
- Team spirit
- Proactive, curious and autonomous
- Analytical qualities coupled with a good spirit of synthesis.
- Skills and ideal experience:
- 5 years as SAP PP/QM/WM/MM consultant with mastery of customization
- Experience on FI/CO modules is a plus, and notion on PLM will be appreciated
- Experience of a migration project
- Experience working abroad or in a multicultural team
