Our Lockheed Martin Space Finance & Business Operations is seeking a team member in the Operations Capital Support organization supporting our Space Facilities Capital team. This is a high visibility position that leads a monthly meeting with our Operations Vice President. The ideal candidate will own the Facilities Operations Capital monthly EAC process.
In this role you will:
• Be responsible for tracking project EAC’s for our Facilities Capital and Overhead Projects
• Lead Monthly Meetings with Facilities Management
• Work with internal customers to solve problems and find technical and reporting solutions.
• Continuously improve processes, enhance system/process controls, and provide valuable analysis and support to the Finance and Business Operations departments.
• Provide support as needed for other various functions.
• Candidate must be able to effectively communicate with peers, management, and employees throughout all levels of the organization.
Basic Qualifications:
– Bachelors or Masters degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education or relevant experience in lieu of degree.
– Ability to prepare and present financial data to various levels of leadership
– Strong Microsoft office skills, primarily focusing in Excel
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired Skills:
– Tableau or data visualization experience
– Highly detail oriented with a proven track record to deliver quality results in a dynamic and fast paced environment
– Must work well in team environments and comfortable working with team members in different geographic locations
– Demonstrated ability as a team player to build consensus among peers and build effective relationships with team members.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $58,200 – $111,600 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
