Summary:
The Front Desk Security will monitor the access and surveillance of the manufacturing facility.
This is a full-time position with a work schedule Monday – Friday 7:30a.m – 4:00p.m
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage access control for the building
- Greet and sign in visitors and vendors
- Answer incoming calls and direct to appropriate personnel
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity
- Assist with emergency situations, such as medical emergencies or fire alarms by contacting and directing the appropriate authorities
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid Drivers License.
- US Citizen, Permanent Resident Card Holder, or Non-Citizen allowed to work for any employer.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
- Prior experience in security or customer service field
- Knowledge of access control systems and security protocols
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and professionally
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
