Your Mission
You will be an integral part of the finance team in a dynamic and exciting environment. You will play a key role in ensuring that accounting processes are running smoothly and month/year end closing are done in a timely and accurate manner.
More specifically, you will:
- Support first-time IFRS implementation
- Handle key tasks during monthly and yearly financial closing periods to ensure accurate financial statement reporting
- Perform bookkeeping tasks, including account reconciliation and recording financial transactions
- Carry out asset accounting, reconciliation of balance sheet and intercompany accounts
- Preparing tax and other reports required by law (e.g., Advance VAT return)
- Improve accounting processes and policies to increase automation.
Who you are and what you have
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive accounting experience
- Sound knowledge of accounting according to HGB and IFRS
- Analytical and independent way of working
- Reliable and detail-oriented professional
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
- Enjoy teamwork and have good communication skills
- Fluent in English
