Working in the Growth Team

The Growth team is the driving force behind our customer-centric approach and future product roadmap. As the Director of Marketing & Communications, you’ll be at the forefront of crafting compelling narratives that align with our growth initiatives and resonate with our target audience.

You will have relevant experience, demonstrating a hands-on approach to communication strategy development and experience managing both internal and external stakeholders.

What will you be doing?

As the Marketing and Communications Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing and communication initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and support organisational objectives across different countries (currently UK, Portugal, Spain, Greece).

This will include the creation of content across various platforms, staying updated on industry trends, understanding audience preferences, and ensuring our content resonates with our target audience. You will also cultivate relationships with media outlets, manage press activities and work with in-country PR agencies.

You’ll lead digital marketing efforts, managing SEO and social media to engage our audience. Additionally, you’ll analyse campaign metrics, optimising strategies  and balance strategic priorities, to manage budgets and maximise RoI.

Collaborating with stakeholders, you’ll align marketing with business objectives, maintaining brand consistency and building strong relationships internally and externally.

What you need to be successful

• A great attitude is key, we’re looking for someone with a proven track record of outstanding delivery in a fast paced environment

• You’ll be capable of operating in a senior marketing and communications role managing marketing and communications projects from conception to completion in a multi country environment
• You’ll be communicating a lot, so be confident in speaking, listening and writing, sometimes within large groups including customers and external stakeholders
• You’ll have strong attention to detail both reviewing written documents and making sure our event stands look top notch!
• You’ll be proactive in identifying what needs to come next in terms of comms planning and aligning stakeholders to their actions in that plan
• You’ll have strong coordination skills with the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
• If you have exposure and understanding to the space sector, that’s an added bonus!
