Spire’s Maritime team is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Sales Director to lead its direct commercial sales team (i.e. non-government) in EMEA. Reporting to the Global Maritime Sales Director, this is a unique opportunity to shape the future of the global maritime ecosystem.
Critical to the success of Spire in the EMEA, the Sales Director is a player/coach who will lead a team of senior and junior sales staff by example while contributing to pipeline growth and quota attainment. The successful candidate will have proven experience scaling revenue by driving a predictable and repeatable sales process.
You are an experienced sales leader with a track record of managing teams to quota/revenue targets and goal attainment. You love helping sales and client professionals of all levels (early-career BDRs, experienced Enterprise Account Executives, post-sales Account Managers, etc.) develop their skill sets and can guide them to personal and professional success.

Final base salary for this role will be based on the location, skills, experience and qualifications. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for commissions and annual equity awards. This role is also eligible for our employee benefits program, including vacation, sick, and personal time off; optional medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage; a 401(K) plan; health and wellness reimbursement program; and participation in Spire’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
