Within the Satellite Communication (SatCom) LoB, we seek for an “Head of Sales – International Markets” to help drive the business growth on the International market. Your responsibilities will include driving the company growth plan in the assigned segment by developing existing customer portfolio and enlarging Telespazio penetration rate on new potential clients. You will align closely with counterparts in project management and sales engineering departments to lead execution of coordinated go-to-market strategies and sales plays. You will respond to and work closely with the Vice President – Telecommunication Market who is driving strategic support, global co-programming, and portfolio engagement to help drive top-of-funnel customer acquisition and accelerate sale cycles in the field and you will manage a team of senior Sales Managers distributed over several european countries.
Your customers leverage state-of-the-art technology on fixed and mobile satellite connectivity of Telespazio to provide primary or backup link solutions or added value services driven in collaboration with our partners. You are passionate about sales, negotiation, a self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial spirit who is prepared to work in a fast-paced environment, execute against ambitious goals, and consistently embrace the Telespazio Culture.
