Reporting directly to the Voyager Space CHRO, and matrixed to the Defense Segment President, this HR Director will partner with Voyager and the Defense Segment leaders to strategically provide thought leadership and deliver objectives on talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee experience, change management, and employee relations. Success in this role will require influential partnership with leaders across the enterprise to execute the HR strategies that drive business results and organizational effectiveness. The individual in this role must understand business priorities and translate them into an HR agenda that can scale with business growth. Overall direction for this role for enterprise matters will come from the Voyager CHRO. Direct employment, employment matters, and direction for Defense Segment matters will come from the VTS President.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organization’s goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention. This position will oversee the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; flow down training and development requirements.

Salary Range: $ 140,000 – $180,000
