What are we looking for?
We are looking for young graduated talents who wants to make the difference for Thales Alenia Space in Spain for Human Resources.
What will your mission be?

You will participate in the design, improvement, and implementation of training and talent development projects.

You will participate in projects related to diversity and inclusion.

You will collaborate in the onboarding process for new hires.

You will be responsible for carrying out the recruitment processes for our Young Talent Program.

You will participate in the organization of events (Christmas party, charity market, etc.).
What do you need to apply?

Graduated in: Human Resources, Psychology, Business management, Labour Relations or similar Bachelor degree.

Master degree and extra-curricular achievements that reflect your proactive mentality and your ability to manage complex projects and balance priorities will be considered as an asset.

Fluent in written and spoken English. Additional languages will be well considered.

Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Excel, World, Powerpoint)

Availability to start in September 2024.
