Northrop Grumman is currently seeking an Industrial Security Analyst – Level 2, to join our team in Morrisville, NC. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work.
The Industrial Security Analyst will serve as a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) and support all security activities and operations, including guiding briefed/non-briefed personnel across all security functions within the facility and interfacing with internal and external leadership personnel. The selected candidate will be a member to our Program Security Team and will regularly collaborate with colleagues across multiple locations. They will ensure security compliance with government and company regulations and strive for excellence in executing security milestones in several security disciplines (DoD, SAP, & SCI).
This position requires maintaining program security metrics and successfully managing competing priorities. The selected candidate will maintain compliance with applicable security regulations and support various Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Programs (SAP). They will also have the responsibility of developing and administering comprehensive security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment.

Salary Range: $67,200.00 – $100,800.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate’s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
