Position Overview:
Seeking a part time Intern to join our team in Colorado Springs to help support various administrative requirements across the business. This internship will start February 2024 and go through May 2024. The hours expected to be between 10-15 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will include support to our Production Department organizing, filing, scanning production documents. Other office/administrative duties will be assigned as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
- Enrolled in undergraduate or graduate degree program from an accredited college in Business, Communications, or a related field
- Familiar with Microsoft Suite
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail with strong organization skills
- Ability to use a scanner and other office equipment
- The ability to maintain confidentially of sensitive information and materials pertaining to the office
- Ability to work independently and as a part of team

Colorado pay range: pay rate of $20.00 per hour.

This position requires the incumbent to access export-controlled information.
