We have an exciting new opportunity ahead for your internship: be the next Chief of staff of our Cofounder & COO !
You will be the executive Cofounder & COO righ-hand, acting as a vital link between the executive leader and the rest of the company.
Your future responsibilities:
- Planning: in charge of defining the rhythm, prepare in advance, anticipate the coming events and include into a strategic planning prioritizing the time and effort of the COO

KPIs and reporting:
define and organize the data collection, help analyse and drive the issues resolution in a durable manner - Key Project Mapping: perform the inventory of the different projects, pain points
- Strategic Initiatives Management: oversee special projects and ensure the vision is implemented across the company, implementing follow-through and regular touch points.
- Meeting Support: attend meetings on behalf and/or with the executive, take notes, and lead strategic planning processes.
- Daily Task Management: handle smaller responsibilities and performsvarious tasks to support David, Cofounder & COO.
Required Profile ♀️
Final year University (Masters’ degree) or Business School student
Looking for a 6 months internship starting in February/March 2025
Ideally, you have already a 1st experience (other internship, apprenticeship) in a similar position (assistant, executive assistant), managing and organizing plannings, meeting support, KPIs and other strategic initiatives.
Full proficiency in French and English
