Position Overview:
As part of a cross-functional team focused on complex problem solving, you will be integral to identifying solutions to transform day-to-day operations. You will establish a Project Management Office (PMO), and direct and coordinate the utilization of resources across divisions of the project to reach targets, while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and scope. You will be collaborating with key business stakeholders to understand and document current processes, utilize systems thinking to identify areas of improvement and champion new processes that increase quality, productivity, and efficiency. You are process oriented and analytical, but comfortable with ambiguity due to the ever-changing environment. You should demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills as well as adept problem-solving ability.
