Key Responsibilities

• Process Design: Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures to optimize production efficiency and product quality. Design and specify manufacturing equipment and tooling.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, including cost reduction, waste elimination, and quality enhancement. Lead and execute continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to resolve production issues, including equipment malfunctions, process deviations, and quality problems.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of manufacturing processes, procedures, and changes. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with design engineers, production teams, and suppliers to ensure seamless integration of new products and processes. Facilitate communication and coordination between teams.
• Training: Train and support manufacturing staff on new processes, procedures, and equipment. Develop and deliver training materials as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related role, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and techniques.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in manufacturing software and tools (e.g., CAD, ERP systems). Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and equipment management.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address production challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clearly present technical information.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in manufacturing processes and documentation.

• Education: Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with experience in aerospace or high-tech industries preferred.
• Advanced Skills: Expertise in advanced manufacturing techniques, process optimization, and technology integration.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in manufacturing or quality management (e.g., Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Manufacturing) are a plus.
• Industry Experience: Experience in aerospace or space technology sectors, particularly with complex and high-precision manufacturing environments.
• Innovation: Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement in manufacturing processes and systems.
