Our facility in Courtland, Alabama has an immediate opportunity for a Level 3, Manufacturing Support Team Member/MRP Planner to join our mission. In this role you will be supporting the tactical and strategic needs of a fast passed and highly technical build cycle. No two days will be the same but every day will be filled with supporting the creation of some of the most technically advanced items to ever fly.

Summary of Key Duties: As our MRP planner, you will…

• Provide project status communications

• Perform strategic look ahead and capacity analysis

• Conduct review and analysis of critical path items

• Monitor material usage

• Perform exception message monitoring and control

• Maintain the supplemental schedule

Our Level 3 employees typically have 5-10 years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of Supply Chain Planning in a technical manufacturing environment (e.g. Aerospace, Automotive, Farm Implement, etc.)

• Experience working in a ERP/MRP environment (SAP, Oracle, etc.)

• Must be a United States citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret Government Security Clearance
Desired Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree

• Active Secret Security clearance

• Highly prefer 3+ years of prior Supply Chain or Shop Floor Support experience in a technical manufacturing environment (e.g. Aerospace, Automotive, Farm Implement, etc.)

• Experience in SAP

• Experience with manufacturing in a development environment

• Experience with manufacturing Defense products

• APICS/ASCM certification(s)

• Experience working with a Quality Management System (AS or ISO)

• Green Belt certification

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week
