MISSION INTEGRATION ENGINEER
SpaceX services a diverse range of customers across our programs and seeks exemplary individuals capable of supporting our missions. As our Mission Management team expands, there are new opportunities in work for our Commercial and Rideshare, Dragon, Civil Space, National Security Space Launch (NSSL), and Human Spaceflight teams.
Our close-knit team serves as the main technical interface between SpaceX and our customers to help develop and certify the vehicles, systems, and operations needed to lead a successful launch, all while nurturing robust customer relationships. Members of the team develop many capabilities and excel across a breadth of functions including mechanical and electrical interfaces, requirement definition and verification, mission management, project and contract management, proposal and sales development, and regulatory coordination.
Mission Integration Engineers have the opportunity to work with groups and technology from all areas of SpaceX, providing a critical integration role across the company and with our customers. SpaceX is opening the new space age, and we need a meticulous and persuasive self-starter to jump in and help pave the way!

Pay range:
Mission Integration Engineer/Level I: $95,000.00 – $115,000.00/per year
Mission Integration Engineer/Level II: $110,000.00 – $130,000.00/per year
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX. You may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of company stock, stock options, or long-term cash awards, as well as potential discretionary bonuses and the ability to purchase additional stock at a discount through an Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You may also accrue 3 weeks of paid vacation and will be eligible for 10 or more paid holidays per year. Exempt employees are eligible for 5 days of sick leave per year.
