Northrop Grumman is currently seeking a Planning and Scheduling Analyst – Level 3 (Principal), or Level 4 (Senior Principal) to join our Tactical Space Systems – Satellite Missions team in Dulles, VA. The Program Planning Scheduling Analyst (Level 3 or 4) will report to the Business Management Scheduling Manager and will perform detailed schedule, resource, work, and cost analysis. In this role, the incumbent will make recommendations to solve problems, create presentation content and present to various levels of leadership and will interface with multiple functional teams, supplier teams, as well as the Program/Project Manager.

Salary Range: $100,300.00 – $150,500.00Salary Range 2: $124,900.00 – $187,300.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate’s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
