Our facility in Littleton, CO seeks an early career Program Planner to join our mission in our Global Security mission area. More than ever, now is a great time to join the Global Security team. Summary of Key Duties: In this role you will…
• Plan and manage detailed schedule networks from design, assembly, test, and into operations
• Interface with Engineering, Finance and Business Operations, Supply Chain, and Program Management while working with the entire planning team to translate authorized customer requirements into the performance measurement baseline
• Develop and maintain compliant Integrated Master Schedules which accurately and comprehensively validate contractual scope, workflow, and resources required to execute the program
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive progress and performance, monitor changes and status, and facilitate communication between stakeholders
• Assist in negotiating handoffs between product areas regarding technical content and schedules as well as facilitating workaround planning as required
• Serve as a liaison by maintaining, publishing, and presenting relevant planning and scheduling information and metrics to provide visibility and communicate potential issues to management and engineering

Basic Qualifications:
• Scheduling tool experience such as Microsoft Project
• Knowledge of schedule path analysis; critical paths.
• For facility access and program requirements, must be a United States citizen
• Must have an active Top-Secret clearance with the ability to add an SCI level access
Desired Skills:
• Bachelors degree preferred
• Experience with other Microsoft Office applications
• Earned value management (EVM) experience
• Experience with resource-loaded schedules
• Experience with Schedule Risk Assessments (Monte Carlo simulations)
• Ability to liaise with, speak and present effectively to personnel at all levels of the organization
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Strong sense of follow-up and closure with strict attention to detail and quality

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9×80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $61,300 – $117,500 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
