Spire operates a hybrid work model and this position will need to report to our offices (Singapore) a minimum of 3x per week.
What You’ll Do:
Spire’s Maritime team is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Head of Sales to lead its direct commercial sales team in the APAC region. Reporting to the Global Maritime Sales Director, this is a unique opportunity to shape the future of the global maritime ecosystem.
Critical to the success of Spire in APAC, the Head of Sales is a player/coach who will lead a team of senior and junior sales staff by example while contributing to pipeline growth and quota attainment. The successful candidate will have proven experience scaling revenue by driving a predictable and repeatable sales process.
Who You Are:
You are an experienced sales leader with a track record of managing teams to quota/revenue targets and goal attainment. You love helping sales and client professionals of all levels (early-career BDRs, experienced Enterprise Account Executives, post-sales Account Managers, etc.) develop their skill sets and can guide them to personal and professional success.
