Northrop Grumman Space Systems – Launch and Missile Defense Systems (LMDS) division has an exciting career opportunity for a Scrum Master / Principal Scrum Master to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Huntsville, AL.
Position Overview:
The selected candidate will be responsible for facilitating all team level events (PI Planning Team Breakouts, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand Up, Feature Elaboration, Sprint Review and Retrospectives) for the MASC-F (Modeling and Simulation -Framework) team.

This requisition may be filled at either a Software Engineer or a Principal Software Engineer level.

Salary Range: $83,300.00 – $124,900.00Salary Range 2: $102,400.00 – $153,600.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate’s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
