What You’ll Do:
As a Sr. Director of Business Development you will interface with the Department of Defense to win new business in support of rapid organic growth in space control and space domain awareness solutions. You will identify, qualify, and advance leads, drive opportunity conversion, and participate in bid and proposal efforts within the United States Department of Defense and across all branches of the armed services and research organizations (with the exception of the U.S. Space Force).
You will leverage your understanding of the defense space community in the United States to develop customer and partner-qualified leads, and engagement plans, and provide thought leadership aligned with our company vision and business objectives.

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a U.S. citizen with at least an active Top Secret level clearance and eligible to obtain and maintain additional levels of security clearance if necessary.

Classification: Full-time Exempt (administrative exemption)
Compensation: On Target Earnings: $320,000 (Base Salary: $160,000-$180,000 + Incentive)
