Job Description Qualifications:
The Boeing Space Mission Systems (SMS) organization is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Integrated Design Engineering (IDE) Manager to lead the IDE capability for the Rapid Space Capability (RSC) program portfolio in Kent, WA.
As the Senior Design Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of first-line managers, technical lead engineers, and spacecraft design and analysis engineers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering management and a proven track record of successfully leading high non-recurring development projects, as well as supporting space hardware fabrication and integration. This position reports to the Director of the SMS IDE capability and will include a program leadership role for one or more current development programs requiring accountability to RSC program management in addition to the capability director.

Position Responsibilities:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
