What We Need
Kymeta is looking for an ambitious Senior Marketing Manager to join the Marketing Team. You will work closely with our global partners, sales, and product teams. This person will lead product launches from a downstream marketing perspective, develop positioning/messaging documents,creating customer-facing assets, and plan and support global events. This includes creating content, and delivering campaigns to drive awareness, preference, and interest inKymeta’s innovative technology and services. This position willinitiate collaboration across multiple company functions and partners on a global level to drive key initiatives into critical industry target markets.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Positioning & Messaging: create insights-backed product positioning and messaging that serve asthe foundation for internal and external launch assets, web and social media copy, presentations,etc.
Product Launches: Develop and execute strategic go-to-market launch plans, working closely withthe product, sales, and global distribution partners.
Content Creation: Create sales collateral and marketing assets (e.g., sales documentation, productvideos, website copy, blog posts, white papers, case studies, social media posts) that articulatethe benefits of our products and align with the buying process to help prospects & customersthrough the buyer journey.
Build relationships with partners, identify opportunities, execute marketing campaigns and events.
Develop strong business development relationships within Kymeta and ensure effective use ofmarketing programs and initiatives.
Exhibit a dedication to customer service when working with internal and external customers andpartners.
Flexibility to travel up to 25% of the time, including domestic and international travel, to support key events, customer meetings, and partner engagements

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, Marketing Communications, or a similar Marketing role in a high-growth B2B environment. Experience in marketing technical products is preferred, with a background in technology strongly desired. Space or defense industry experience is a nice to have.
Strong marketing communication skills across digital, social, direct marketing, content marketing, lead generation, event marketing including planning and management of multi-layer campaigns.
Led cross-functional initiatives and collaborating across Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
Exceptional strategic thinker, written and verbal communicator, and project manager.
Proven track record of developing and delivering go-to-market plans.
Effective in prioritizing and managing your time to address multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Metrics-driven and analytical and have a proven ability to prioritize, drive, and achieve results.
Navigate ambiguity and are eager to learn.
Proficient use of all Microsoft Office applications
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree, in related field preferred.
COMPENSATION
Kymeta is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. In the spirit of pay transparency, we have determined the salary range for this position to be $150,000 – $195,000. This is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would be atypical, in order to allow for future and continued salary growth.Compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and geography. The total compensation package for this position includes an annual target bonus of 10%, stock options, and benefits listed below. We believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer.
