As the Senior People Operations Manager, you will own all the operations elements impacting one of our organization’s most critical pieces – its people. The Senior People Operations Manager will report to the Vice President of People and Culture, and the ideal individual will enjoy rolling up their sleeves and owning the day-to-day operational aspects of payroll, benefits, and compliance while also engaging in the strategic development of the philosophies we use to implement our total rewards.

Pay Range: $135,000-$170,000
