Lockheed Martin Space in Huntsville, AL is seeking an experienced full-time Systems Integration & Test Engineer with CTC or willing to become a CTC for the ATLO (Assembly, Test, and Launch Operations) organization. This position will working on the system integration team for the SEIT within the LRHW program. The ideal candidate would have experience working in or with ATLO. The candidate will participate in creating and maintaining Test Plans, Test Procedures, site surveys for testing purposes and ATSs (Automatic Test Scripts). The candidate is expected to collaborate across multiple disciplines experience levels toward common objectives in a team environment The candidate will participate in working group discussion, be a representative for ATLO to interface with different groups within the programs. The candidate will also perform as a Certified Test Conductor responsible for the safe, successful execution of test procedures during all ground, integration and flight test events as needed, in compliance with the common processes within ATLO.
Preference for this requisition will be given to Space employees.
Basic Qualifications:
• Ability to work in an exciting, collaborative team environment with teams of engineers and/or technicians
• Experience with system test requirements, developing test plans and test procedures
• Experience in test engineering; analyzing and resolving problems; electrical and mechanical background and EGSE knowledge
• CTC or CTC-in-Training
• Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access and Secret clearance.
Desired Skills:
• Experience Python and Linux OS, Automation Framework (AF) and analytical software such as MATLAB
• Experience with a test and requirements verification including the test development process, test execution, data analysis, anomaly resolution, and ground test equipment.
• Experience with system architecture and test script
• Functional test experience (i.e. creating and maintaining scripts and procedures, executing automated test scripts, and data analysis)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and teamwork with internal customers
• Interest in aerospace or defense systems assembly, integration and test (AI&T) or experience in a specialized High-value hardware processing facility.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9×80 every other Friday off
