We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting and selecting top talent to support our company’s growth objectives. In this position, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand our talent needs, develop sourcing strategies, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in talent acquisition, excellent sourcing skills, and a passion for identifying and engaging with top talent.

Colorado law requires us to tell you the base compensation range of this role, which is $55,000- $80,000, determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. The salary range for this role is intentionally wide as we are evaluating individuals based on their unique experience and abilities to fit our needs.
