Your Mission
As the Team Lead FP&A and Controlling, you will be responsible for driving the evolution of the FP&A and Controlling function at Isar Aerospace.
More specifically, you will:
- Planning and Financial Modelling: Lead the planning process, develop, and maintain financial models and forecasts for short-term and long-term strategic planning.
- Financial Reporting: Drive the financial reporting process, delivering key insights and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
- Cost Control and Monitoring: Monitor organizational spending, identifying areas of improvement and opportunities for cost savings to optimize financial performance.
- Team Performance: Implement measures to improve team performance and ensure the team is consistently delivering high-quality work.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Continually improve business partnering between the team and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and delivering significant value.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to the FP&A and Controlling team members, empowering them to perform their roles effectively.
Who you are and what you have
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field. MBA or masters in management are an advantage
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A & Controlling, preferably with first experience in leadership.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proactive can-do attitude, with solution oriented mindset
- Manage, including time and capacity management a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in English is mandatory
